Refund Policy – Salon Styling Services, Retail products, Hair Pieces, Hair Extensions, Wigs, Weaves, Human Hair products, and Deposits Do to the nature of these products & All services are non-refundable, All Sales, Are Final, No Refund, No Exchange, No Return.
**AT&MH reserves the right to change this policy from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the website or booking services signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our store or salon policy, we will announce that these changes be made on our home page and on other key pages on our website & posted inside salon.
Consultation Fee: Consultations are $25 are required 48 hours before any Hair Color, Hair Extension, or Hair Smoothing Treatment services are rendered. Click Here to book an in-person consultation. Pay Consultation Fee here.
If same day the client schedules a future service appointment (within 7 days after the Consultation appointment), the Consultation Fee will be credited towards that appointment.
Hair Extension Consultations: Having a consultation is an extremely important part of the hair extensions process. To request a free hair extensions consultation, please complete our online Hair Extension consultation form and our friendly staff at AT&MH will email you a Hair Extension quote. Or, book an in-person hair extension consultation. In-person Hair Extension Consultations are $25 and are required 48 hours prior to the installation appointment. Pay Consultation Fee here.

I acknowledge that the service is final after the application. Any changes to style I want to
achieve after application will be charged accordingly and addition.
Hair Extension Guarantee:
Because we offer so many different qualities and textures of hair *If we provide the hair, all guests will be required to sign a release form before their appointment that we/your hair stylist is not responsible for the quality of the hair after you leave the salon. We wish we could go home with every client and teach them how to properly care for extensions, but since we can't do that, we offer in-depth consultation where you will have inspected and approved the hair extensions that are to be installed in your hair & we try to add as much information as possible to the aftercare, regular maintenance appointments instructions and answer any questions you have to the best of our ability while providing you with recommended products at the salon. I acknowledge the high quality hair has been specially chosen by distributors as top of the line hair with some extended warranty purchase options. It will last longer, it stays smoother, and it's easier to manage. I will follow the daily maintenance procedure & return for regular maintenance appointments to keep my extensions in the best condition possible.

Gratuities: Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the guest.
Children: For the safety and comfort of everyone, if possible we ask that you do not bring children into the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Extra Visitors :Our facility space is designed to accommodate customer’s that are receiving services only. Please do not bring extra visitors with you to wait during your scheduled salon service visit.

Tardiness: Clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment is due. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us at 678-663-5298 immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be required to reschedule and will be charged a $25 late fee. Being over 15 minutes late means that you will more than likely cut into someone else’s appointment, so if we are able to take you, it would mean that we would work you in around the next clients’ appointment time. We try to accommodate everyone and whether or not you will be required to reschedule will depend on the service(s) requested and if time permits.

Deposits : Deposits are required for all Hair Smoothing Treatments + Hair Extension Installation appointments; no deposit, no appointment, and no exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable. Please Pay Deposit Here
Surcharges : In an attempt to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, there are some instances where a surcharge may apply. Additional charges will apply to cover the cost of Long-hair pricing, extra product and convenience fees.
Confidentiality : We are dedicated to keeping all personal and medical information confidential.
