Your appointments are very important to us at All That & More Beauty Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all general salon services; otherwise
we reserve the right to retain the full deposit fee.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Cancellations are accepted via voice mail, or text message. The 24-hour and 48-hour cancellation notice still apply.
WHAT IF I BOOK LESS THAN 24 OR 48 HOURS
Your security deposit will be non-refundable.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
You will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS & RE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITH NOTIFICATION
If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice with notification (text, email, or voice mail) you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee which is 50% of the cost of the service requested. In order to book another appointment a $50 Re-booking Fee is required and will be deducted from your future service(s).
As a courtesy to to stylist and other clients desiring an appointment slot, if you need to cancel, change or reschedule an existing service/appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice.
24 Hours notice is required for all general Salon Hair Care service cancellations.
CHANGED SERVICES (REGULAR SERVICES)
Appointments changed with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked.
Example: If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to have a shampoo service instead of a Weave Extension service that you initially booked.
Example: If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to have a shampoo service instead of a Color service that you initially booked.
CHANGED SERVICES (HAIR EXTENSIONS, HAIR COLOR, OR HAIR SMOOTHING SERVICES)
Appointments changed with less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked.
Example: If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to NOT have a removal & re installation service instead of a Weave Extension service & Removal that you initially booked.
ONLINE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Online appointments must be cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation time frame to avoid additional fees.
CANCELLATIONS OF HAIR EXTENSION + HAIR SMOOTHING SERVICES
Due to the amount of time, preparation and investment we put into Hair Extension + Hair Smoothing services, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.
48 hours notice is required for all Hair Extension Installation and Hair Smoothing service cancellations
RE-BOOKING FEE FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
A Re-booking fee will be required before scheduling future appointments for missed appointments and same day cancellations. This fee must be paid in full to keep or make any future appointments.
Remember, if “something comes up” and you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment, there may be something we can do.
• Modify the appointment.
• Schedule you later in the day with an available stylist.
• Schedule an earlier appointment.
